Engineer Muntari Sagir Malumfashi has formally handed over the keys of the newly upgraded Malumfashi Foundation Community Science Secondary School to the Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Malumfashi Foundation, Alhaji Yakubu Jibril (rtd Comptroller of Immigration Service).
The event marked another milestone in Engineer Muntari’s continuous commitment to educational development, youth empowerment, and community transformation in Malumfashi and Katsina State at large.
As part of his educational support initiative, Engineer Muntari constructed one block of six classrooms with offices, two blocks of three VIP toilets, drilled a hand pump borehole, rehabilitated two existing classroom blocks, upgraded the football pitch and donated footballs. He also fenced the entire school premises with a perimeter wall and gate to enhance security.
These projects were executed in line with a formal agreement signed in January 2025 between Engineer Muntari Sagir Malumfashi and the Board and Executive Committee of the Malumfashi Foundation.
Receiving the keys on behalf of the Foundation, the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Alhaji Yakubu Jibril, expressed deep appreciation to Engineer Muntari for his generosity and dedication to education.
“This intervention is timely and impactful, especially at a period when our people need access to quality education. Malumfashi Foundation sincerely appreciates Engineer Muntari for his unwavering support and his commitment to educational progress in our community,” he stated.
Also speaking, the President of the Foundation’s Executive Committee and School Director, Alhaji Bilyaminu Abubakar, assured that the new facilities would be properly utilized to promote effective teaching, practical learning, and modern educational innovation.
Engineer Muntari reaffirmed his resolve to continue supporting initiatives that uplift education and empower the youth in Malumfashi and beyond.
